I joined Narayana on 10th march 2020, lockdown was announced on 22 march , i was given work from home and then on 29 may 2020 i was informed that i will no longer be on payrole for coming 2 months , no written mode of communication was done it was just informed through zoom video call. now when 2 months are over i asked again and i was again conveyd that till school clg's will not open i will not be taken back on payroll. before this i have worked with Aakash and career point kota, both institutions are suppoting their faculties they are getting their salaries timely....Read More

it's unethical organisation, if any your company is not supporting you in need then obviously its not a place to work.

My teammates were good. Work experience and learning more for my career development was good. But the timing of work was more with which work-life balance was not satisfactory. There were many internal politics in some cases in the campus.
