Like working in a govt hosp... nobody questions you so no pressure in that way..if u keep on doing your work quietly you can stay in the company for years together..nobody cares actually.unlike other corporate hospitals

Overwork ..no appreciation and instead you are made a scapegoat in case of any issue. Salary is less than market standards. Toxic culture of boss pleasing people.people who are old in the system just won't let you do your work peacefully and try their best to put you down.only way of survival is either be a boss pleaser say yes to every work even if it isn't your responsibility or keep on working quietly without raising your voice or just change your job.The culture sucks big time....Read More

In this company so much of partiality is there even if we are working very hard personally I didn't get any appreciation from my manager from doctors from management from nurses or any of the staff I ever worked with moreover my experience is very disappointed and horrible and end of the day they have forced me to leave my job so I will be not working here in future
