No perks and benefits. Appraisal only 3-5%. But if are close to your boss like chmcha then you will get all benefits. If boss is intelligent you don't mind to be chmcha also. What if a illiterate become your boss then you won't tolerate enough.

When I joined 1.6month experience. Lab technician.now working around 7 years.im work place all rounder still technician only they didn't upgrade level of senior technician.

In this company so much of partiality is there even if we are working very hard personally I didn't get any appreciation from my manager from doctors from management from nurses or any of the staff I ever worked with moreover my experience is very disappointed and horrible and end of the day they have forced me to leave my job so I will be not working here in future
