Work environment is almost good but still a huge doubt on transparency . Morning tea and games were good . Rigid company policy and limited holidays. Good place to enhance your skill , concept . Politics was very much visible and hardly the issues were addressed on time or even not . Good salary as a fresher but career growth as per senior teachers recommendation and finally upto management. It was easy for senior teachers to skip weekly test or even the worst was copy ( Not all but few Senior Teacher ) but mandatory for Associate Teacher. Meeting use to go quite lengthy after school end's. They give a good preference to people from South India ( based on observation )...Read More

Work Details

Difficult at the initial days of schooling but still the job was interesting. Chance to work with multiple children and school visit on multiple basis .

Work days: Alternate Saturday off (Strict Timings)
