In my opinion, Narayan Seva Sansthan is doing good work, and I truly believe in the work we are doing. the organization's commitment to making a positive impact on the lives of differently-abled individuals is inspiring and I don't find any reason to focus on dislikes. I like the most about Narayan Seva Sansthan is its follow our Indian culture. its also provide job security. they are organize weekly meeting for all employs for engagement with each other and for get to gather. there are many employs who are work here from many more years so its really nice.

Dislikes

one thing that I doesn't like is that there are not given appraisal according to employs work performance. there is also no skill development for employs personal growth and neither any additional program or seminar for employs development.
