Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent. Company policies are good.they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

Dislikes

Salary is decent but career growth is slow.

The job is quite interesting. I struggled a bit in the beginning as there was no formal training session. I learnt everything on the the job.

Need help in deciding from the following offers

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year. Please let me know your insights. Update - Thank you for all the inputs everyone who all contributed to the discussion.
