Working with NAPINO is quite good. If you changing the industry from auto parts to Switches and wire harness then you will learnt alot.

Dislikes

No support from the boss. No work management. No one will explain you if you want to learn something. Asst. Manager above level person are only people whom Napino HOD's value. No value of engineer & Sr. Engineer both are only trainee in the Napino HOD eyes. They never appreciates for good work. Totally disappointed this time.

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
