Well, the Senior Management is totally confused about the direction it needs to take. There were 2 Senior Manager, who were always out of sync and fought with each other, vitiating the entire atmosphere.

Dislikes

Almost everything: starting from the upper management. They do not care about any software processes, and do not know how to run a software firm.
