Engineering/innovation head is toothless tiger who acts as agent of ceo never backs or helps the Engineers to grow as he needs the profit sharing ceo gives him. Literally no engineering process are followed and yet they advertise that they do. I'm nothing liked in this organization, not even 1%.

There is no career growth in this company, Personally not recommended. Management will make lot of partiality between the employees. The only bucket system will work in nanopix, hike will get only for bucket peoples. There is no reward for talented workers. The senior peoples are doing nothing in this company but every year they will get the incentive. The work will do someone but credit will go to someone.
