.nothing . Very worst company I have seen in my 15 years career.

Dislikes

It's a very worst experience in my life. They was hired me as a cashier but they they taken HR work and admin work from me. They never gave me joining letter and salary slip. When I asked company for salary slip, they sad they will provide me after 6 months. But they never provide me salary slip. After Corona they kick out me from my post before diwali. Salary scale is very low for each employee. No future in this company. Please don't work in this company beacuse owner and management don't have any feelings about their staff. Thanks...Read More

Need help in deciding from the following offers

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
