Hectic, they called at home also, at any time they told you to do double, duty rotas are change twice or thrice in month, no fixed schedule there, because of duty rota changes you cannot manage your personal time also,

Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized.
