My life ever worst decision to work at that place and regret for working there. As I show my work experience from Nalapad academy it's not getting considered at all. Very much embarrassment to start again from scratch. Wasted my time and energy at Nalapad academy and regretting . They except to work for 24/7. No leaves. No CL.

Dislikes

Never wish to work in such place ever in my life...... Fake promises and never get anything except discouragement, no growth at all they always stamp understand there legs. .... How much ever if we be faithful to to the Nalapad Academy it's waste.... Finally they will throw u out of it... Principal wants people only from her side. There is no respect for the employee who is not from Principal side or her favourite. Only politics....Read More

Current Job Situation: I’ve been working at TCS for over 2.5 years, with a total experience of 4.5 years. My salary is 9.6 LPA, and I work with technologies like Casper framework, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSP, Java, PL/SQL, and JBoss. While I have good job security and flexibility, I feel like I’m working with outdated technologies and have a lot of leisure time, which is affecting my motivation. Concerns: 1.
