No competitive based salary Terminations... Have seen 100 s of terminations in my service. No notice given before terminations Too much of workload Have to work on sundays for like 5 months straight in a year No comp offs.. no benefits no pf, insurance and no gratuity. It's a big mista ke to be loyal to them Unrealistic targets for hr executive Unethical agreements to torture employees to pay them in case of resignation before the bond No respect and no humanity Totally waste of time... They are running a tele calling institution in the name of educational institutions.... Pathetic experience...Read More
