No competitive based salary Terminations... Have seen 100 s of terminations in my service. No notice given before terminations Too much of workload Have to work on sundays for like 5 months straight in a year No comp offs.. no benefits no pf, insurance and no gratuity. It's a big mistake to be loyal to them Unrealistic targets for hr executive Unethical agreements to torture employees to pay them in case of resignation before the bond No respect and no humanity Totally waste of time... They are running a tele calling institution in the name of educational institutions.... Pathetic experience

Work life balance is worst somedays we don't even have time to set lunch, too much pressure and work load, don't work there before me 3 parent counselors have resigned there and I was the 4th one in just few months.

Good work environment and supportive and the management is transparent. Salary is ok

Dislikes

Career growth is very slow .There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign .The issues which not be clear at the right time.

The Company is open to innovation and readily adopts latest technology. Another pulls point is that my colleagues come from various cultural backgrounds, and we work happily in collaboration.Thank You.

They have done lot of research on good educational practices. Excellent confluence of technology and education.

Dislikes

Internal politics, backbiting,negative influencing and tremendous worst level to talk to the staff. Such insults probably not have encountered anytime in my life. The school has inflicted politics which disturbs the mind and and once your mind is lost the place is very painful to work even for a day.
