Dislikes

Not all project are good, a lot of them have just maintainance work which isn’t disclosed at time of internal interview. Also, you will get stuck in such projects once assigned to. Skills will die away and you will there doing redundant work.

This company is run by people who have been with Nagarro for long time, they can do anything they get there relatives and friends good projects and good position in the company and some of the managers are not worthy of being a manager specially in the support domain.

For a fresher, I don;t this so any other company provide so much opportunities to learn new technologies as much nagarro provides. Higher Management easy to approchable and they always welcome someone to come forword to share their view or suggestions.

I don;t thing any specific point about dislike because every one has chance of improvement and nagarro always look forword to get those point to imporve himself.

All people whom I worked with were really friendly and supportive which is the only reason I was able to stay such long here.

Worst location of office possible, you would just ruin half of your life stuck in traffic specially during rain, just because of the bad office location.

You get ownership of your work. Small teams so more learning opportunities within the scope of the project.

Dislikes

Once you get stuck with a project you cannot move out to learn new technology. Once asked for this but they only consider as one who is getting billed. Your career goals are totally irrelevant. Rest many things are getting changed from last 7-8 months . So its not the same as it was before where there were flat hikes. Rating systemis also not at all good, as I am getting rated by manager who doesnt know anything about application I work on and what I did to handle it. They just want you to fill jira everyday.
