Benefits is the only thing good. People are good, except management and HR

6 out of 10 projects are in maintenance. On top of that, few of them are managed by such managers who can lie, never ready to give you answer, create rift b/w team members. HR is puppet of managers, no matter what are you suffering, they will take action as per managers say. HR has no dignity of their own. Few projects have such arrogant architects that judges you based on how many years you have spent in nagarro instead of their skills and capabilities. If you have spent less than a year in nagarro, one might have to suffer alot to get allocated in such projects. Managers fav puppets can do anything and no action for wrong doing. Directors and their wives are working in same project to bring every possible penny at home, even from others mouth, no restrictions for such people.
