Company culture was good at a time.

Dislikes

Management decisions, 0 job security anyone even from project can be fired anytime. Your teams access will be block on same day when u got fired so you cannot connect with anyone. HR's don't reply you afterwards, treat you like bheekmangya. Worst projects any service base company can have. I think they pick outdated projects only. 99% of projects are outdated. If you are a Java guy, ignore this company at all. Worst project allocation team, maybe jab projects hoyenge hi nhi to team to bekar kaam kregi hi, that could be the reason of project allocation team. Worst service based company to join at this time. Need help in deciding the company. 1.Fractal Analytics 2.IRIS Software Inc. 3.Perficient 4.BP (British petroleum) 5.Genpact 6.Nagarro 7.GlobalLogic CCTC: 16.4 fixed YOE: 4.7 All above companies are having ctc ranged from 23-25 fixed and position is Senior AWS Data Engg. I am looking for a company which is offering good quality work and even though I need to stretch myself a bit initially I am ok with it. For nagarro I will be initially on the bench. Also any leads for fractal with what is the salary range for senior aws DE for 6+ yrs.
