Nagarro wfh policy is very good. It is good when u are working in nagarro internal projects. In case you are posted at client location than they will call you in office. Worst part is they will never hire you for any project. They will put you on bench and your search begin for the project.

Dislikes

Their appraisal cycles and promotion assessment process.

Company has taken many precautions starting from Feb which is commendable when corona was not even known in India. Company has taken the decision to do salary cut saying that there will be no laid off but in the recent month we have seen lots of people who were on bench were fired. There is no official notification for it but many of my colleagues were asked to leave.

Dislikes

Company has small projects/clients and if one wants to learn in terms of processes and have good expertise in particular domain it is not for you. It is definitely not good for tools in CRM/ERP/HR and Infrastructure domain.

Work Details

The benefit of working at Nagarro is, it has excellent culture. The cool environment makes it a place where it is fun to work. Work is above average but limited to only specific areas of technology as the clients have mostly small projects.
