I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Compensation is decent,but growth is slow.The work pressure is very high.Sometimes,I have to work 14-16 hours straight in a day as I have to attend client calls in the evening and sometimes late into night.
