I have a very good and friendly relationship with my colleagues at the office. Everyone works together as a team, and we all support and cooperate with each other.

Dislikes

The workload at the office is extremely high, and despite delivering quality work, there is no appreciation or recognition. Additionally, there are no facilities or perks provided.

I got an offer from both the companies, manager role. Flipkart’s offer: fixed (x) + variable pay + stock Deloitte’s offer: fixed (x+1) + variable + 1.5L joining bonus Variable pay % is the same. Flipkart is offering a sizeable huge chunk in stock. What should I consider apart from compensation? Annual hikes, WLB, work culture, etc? (Note that It’s a non IT role)
