Started my carrier with NV Organics and till date did not felt the need to switch either for jump in salary or better learning opportunities. Management here especially MD is very much supportive and makes sure that all the employees are working in healthy state of mind. I pursued my masters degree while working with NV, as the teamhere is really supportive. In Covid 19 we were paid regularly despite of complete shutdown and our jobs very secure. As an out station employee offices took complete responsibilities of travel arrangements during pandemic. Paid Maternity leaves were given for 6 months with further option of WFH for 9 months and flexi work pattern till baby turns 2, what else can a new mom ask for?
