Poor Management, Non technical staff doing technical things, No degree holders at high posts, It's all Sheep's herd.. You will regret if you join this company. No fixed timings you'll work for 12-14 hrs and they won't listen to you. Site incharges only needs their profit.. You won't be appreciated and no salary increment. Stuck at base salary for lifetime. All they want from you is work like a donkey....Read More

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
