Learning point of view, you can join this organization but forget your personal life enjoyment. Increments and promotions are very tough inspire of your hard work.

I dislike the most two thing and that is Work culture and people co-ordination. Even at the time of your F&F your senior and HR will not co_ordinate properly. I got my F&F after 90 days while it is 45 days as per company policy.

There is lot of politics people are working since long time they misguided management and getting there personal benefits. They don't want that any hardworking employees could stay for long time.
