Work culture is too good as I never found any issues with the Mangement and colleagues. All the staff is very supportive who keep maintain a healthy and happy enviornment to work. I never found any issues about salary or to get leaves when needed.

I take customer queries via chat, whatsapp, and calls and try to resolve all of them for customer satisfaction. Along with customer support also handle official data entry.

Management and senior employees is worst. Higher management people are don't know how to improve the business, simply creating complicated process and irresponsible behavior to the Juniors. Totally bad experience had in MyTVS

After resignation, 2 months salary is being held whereas it should be 1 month. There is a problem of time for my TV workers. According to joining later, break time is 6:30 pm. From here, break is sometimes at 7:00 pm or sometimes 10.00 pm or no payment for overtime is given. Because of the wearhouse, I consider myself the master.
