Higher management is damn inexperienced.only legends are seems as PM. They can get all facilities,even half day consider as full day without any attendance. Food is parcel separately for them where all staff are not getting hygiene.you are working means 24x7 ,you should alert. Management is always lying to his MD. Job is not secure even a GM, who has been working for 30 years. Manipulation is extremely important here,same oil is required for existence.food and shelter is too worst for employees. Management always oriented for production only.
