It is a great experience to me work in Myoperator. A healthy work cultural is the most important part of the organization. Senior and colleague are very supportive and humble in nature.

Dislikes

I want to looking for next level for my career growth and assistant manager posituon is not available becouse my assistant manager is worning there. So it takes too much time to get promotion.

The co-workers were very supportive

Implementing new process first and later asking the employee if they are fine with that, too much micro management in the customer success team, the key account managers are treated as customer service associates, you have to take IVR calls on weekends. If you fight for the right things you might be fired.
