Fast churn in leadership leads to lack of clear vision and KPIs. Most KPIs are quantity based instead of quantity/impact based Promotion and appraisals processes are not clear and rewards are scant Expectation setting is not good Office politics disrupts work every so often Cafe food is barely manageable

Product team's culture - top management in product team has no clarity. People who have 0 PM experience sit as VP and director and waste other's time in unimportant things. Very high attrition due to this in Product team

Work life balance is poor and lately culture and employee value is being determined simply by the hours putting in . Also pay is comparatively lesser for similar roles with same size.

I liked the culture here like managers and seniors, HR team is very cooperative Managing any situation at all times, good management, good motivation and happiness, guidance to achieve next level etc.

There is promoted to another of deserving against because some colleagues referred. So this is very disappointed 😔

A lot of them: 1. No hikes for 2+ years 2. Extreme micromanagement in sf teams like apps core, pdp etc. 3. Deserving employess don't get promoted. Favouritism and boot lic*ing everywhere. 4. A sinking ship in terms of culture. 5. A lot of attrition going on
