Everything. 1. There is no management, it is very dictatorial with the person who owns the company (KAUSLENDRA KUMAR) disparaging employees on a regular basis, abusing employees and threatening to constantly “fine” anyone and everyone for anything and everything. Soon, he might even fine employees here for breathing. You never knowwith that maniac. 2. The work culture is toxic. There is no appreciation or help from anyone. But one mistake and you’ll have your ear yelled off and completely devalued as a human being. 3. 1. The management is very poor. And this is not a lie. The person at the top has anger management issues, the senior director is not qualified enough. Although I guess among the three people at the top, Ranjeet is a good guy. 2. Shift timings are terrible and strict 3. Workload is so non-uniform, and November and April are the worstto be working here. You won't even be able to breathe easily. 4. Benefits are nil<mark style="background-color: #fff5e4;">.
