There is nothing to like about this company.

Everything. 1. There is no management, it is very dictatorial with the person who owns the company (KAUSLENDRA KUMAR) disparaging employees on a regular basis, abusing employees and threatening to constantly “fine” anyone and everyone for anything and everything. Soon, he might even fine employees here for breathing. You never knowwith that maniac. 2. Th<mark style="background-color: #fff5e4;">e work culture is toxic. Th</mark>ere is no appreciation or help from anyone. But one mistake and you’ll have your ear yelled off and completely devalued as a human being. 3. The hours are extremely long, 5-1:30, and they’ll make you work extra time without any compensation. You can not even take paid sick leaves. 4. Overall pathetic experience. Plz beware of such fraud companies who try and over exploit you. There is no such thing as job security as you are removed from the team without prior intimation. There is no culture of offer letter. The owner has serious anger issues. The work culture is pathetic. You are demeaned almost every hour and your self esteem is pinned down every time he looses reins over his anger. There are no policies for employees in this company whereas they have 100 rules for imposing fine. Everyone working in this company ends up leaving the company in 2-3 months max.
