One of the worst company I have worked for. Very terrible experience. The only thing company is looking for is numbers. There is no support from the company's side. Also the local management is very poor and lacks coordination from the HO. There is lot of politics on the regional level. The HO comes with a policy for pan India level but by the time it comes to the local level the complete policy has been changed. They want to achieve the target without giving the manpower and proper product to sell in a particular market and segment....Read More

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
