There is a whole list for that: 1. There is no job security, you can be laid off anytime without any prior notice and the worst part is that they lay off by saying poor performance. There's no severance package, just one month notice period that too not sure. 2. Seniors can be sometimes very sarcastic and unfriendly which you might not like sometimes. 3.
