Core business is subscription revenue from societies that use MyGate services but it is not as high as ad revenue, still better that 4 years back. Company ventured into consumer space by introducing locks and it is being received very well. Ad sales team depend heavily on operations team for offline brandingactivites. Execution is done by field team. Operations can be streamlined and someone from industry who has done well in operations should be hired to lead this team.
