Please ignore whatever job description you have read about this role on any platform Being a employee for this role, all that matters is whether you can bring in money or no, by hook or by crook They hardly care if you can serve the customer or don't but till you are bringing revenue, they don't care (You have to make non paying societies to pay and ensuring all the other paying societies continue to pay in the future) The nature of work is extremely unorganized and you will be expected to be available on call 24by7 even on holidays in the name of startup (ironically its been 8+ years now and the definitionof startup is 7 years only) I don't know about other zones but in Mumbai zone they don't even train the new joiners well and expect them to miraculously learn it from somewhere...they moreover will scold you if you don't know things without even realizing it's their fault that a new joinee doesn't know his job well.. They will expect you to be behind them to understand/learn/get work which is lame in my opinion Managers are highly unapproachable as they for name sake keep saying that they are always there to help but when you actually ask help, they will turn blind and deaf. Don't even dare complain to the HR as she will just take a screenshot of the complaint raised and send it to the manager who will then take it forward (imagine how awkward that scenario is as it happened with me)...Read More

This company is total fraud. The work culture here is pathetic, especially for freshers. They just hire you and wrongly justify the work. They make you do FIELD WORK all week (which is not mentioned before). To add to this: They don't give Travel Allowance and you're asked to go to faraway places forcefully alone with 0 security and no compensation! The Operations manager and the General manager in Gurgaon office are very disrespectful and abused me on call on an off day. And yes, there is NO OFF DAY. It is 7 days working and 24/7 even if its 11pm in the night or 6am in the morning. They don't value their employees. They don't care if you've eaten anything throughout the day or you're lost somewhere on the road. They are just full of lies!...Read More

1. They hire in bulk, make experimental teams, hire freshers and EXPLOIT THEM. 2. Milind More and Ashwani Thakur - 2 pathetic managers. 3. Milind does not know how to run a team yet he has been made a manager, I don't know what was going on in the management's head. 4. Extreme politics and they only favour the people who will butterthem. 5.
