The company management is PATHETIC

Dislikes

1. They hire in bulk, make experimental teams, hire freshers and EXPLOIT THEM. 2. Milind More and Ashwani Thakur - 2 pathetic managers. 3. Milind does not know how to run a team yet he has been made a manager, I don't know what was going on in the management's head. 4. Extreme politics and they only favour the people who will butterthem. 5. Mr. Milind More doesn't do any work for the team, takes the team's credit and has physical relations with the people in the office which is extremely UNPROFESSIONAL. 6. The whole management of the company is messed up and they SCAM their clients....Read More

Need Your Valuable Advice.

Hello, 6 months ago, I switched from my previous job to my current one with a 40% salary hike. At that time, it seemed like a great opportunity, but now, I am seriously considering my decision. My previous job had, 1. A European MNC team with excellent support and work culture 2. Good Time for my family & personal life 3. Flexible timing & permanent work-from-home 4. 5 days working with proper work-life balance Now, in my current Indian company: 1. 12-hour workdays, with additional work on Saturdays (despite a 5-day work policy) 2. No proper training 3. Toxic work culture, where I get scolded daily due to a lack of training 4. Hardly any time for my kids and parents 5. Started my health issues My previous company is willing to take me back with a 10% hike on my last salary. Given the work-life balance, supportive environment, and long-term growth prospects I had there, I am thinking of returning. *It is not going to impact on my monthly expenses.* Would you recommend going back?
