Only good thing about Mycaptain was working under a good TL. He kept on supporting me. Not denying, it can get hectic but it's part of the process. But I also left midway because of lot of things.

Dislikes

The toxic upper management, even our tls are just helpless. Upper management is not good.

I like the culture and huger everyone posses to make sure they are the best, it makes me want to out perform.

Their HR and Finance is literally the worst, they do not send the salary, stipend and Incentives on time, and in my case its been nearly 6 months i have not received my FNF. These two department if micro managed and they did their part properly, i wouldn't have given a bad review over this.

Few higher post authority are not capable enough for their post, due to it is a BOOT STRAP START-UP, they got the post. A lot of partiality is there in the office. They claim the office gets over at 8:30pm but it actually gets over at 10pm or 11pm and it is very difficult for a girl to travel alone in such a late hour.

There is no job security in sales anywhere and same is in Climber. The only thing good about this company is you learn to work in peer pressure situations.

Dislikes

This job role is all about handling immense pressure. Most of the times one cannot handle it. And i personally felt one thing there is no appreciation for any kind of work. No matter how hard you work or how many hours you spend working. Next day you gonna start from zero. Secondly there is lot of politics going in Teams. I would not personally prefer working in that toxic environment.
