Everyone gets the salary on time irrespective of whether you work or not. As far as you are able to please your boos, you and your job will be safe. Right place for the employees who are about to retire from professional life in another 5-6 years

My Home is not at all right place for the young nd dynamic professionals. If you are a person with no interest to learn new things but just to pass the time for which you need the salary, this is the perfect place for you. There is no dignity of labor, No one cares about employees welfare. The entire organisation is full of politics, senior citizens with 30 years back knowledge and attitude, bossism. Every employee has to sign a 3 years non-cancellable agreement, in case an employee wants to leave the organisation, before 3 years, he has to pay half of the amount received upto the date of last working day....Read More

Hey, AB fam, PIP = Corporate death sentence. I was there too🥲—panicking, checking Naukri every 5 minutes, watching Bhagavad Gita reels at 2 AM. Priya Ma’am, my boss, had lost faith in me. Friends said, "Bro, PIP se promotion tak koi nahi jaata." But I refused to go down. My Survival Jugaad? Chai Pe Charcha – Timed my tea breaks with hers. "Ma’am, elaichi daalni chahiye thi." Next day?
