Very unsatisfactory management too much internal politics is there which hamper workflow and motivation among employees. There employees are 10. No career growth is there as company don't have budget for any things. I am as a advertiser they are do negative marketing when I say NO company manager say who are you! That's pathetic..

I dislike the environment of there as they say we are recruiter but that not true if they can't understand n make comfortable environment for internal employees how can they place any candidates in good place. The most of them have arogent nature, 😂Without money they want to beat NAUKRI.com. Need to say they are helpless because they are not well educated and use abusive language in office itself,really disappointed by management. Don't sign any where if going to this start-up company. I am very passionate towards my work and show them how you can promote your business I suggest them to put banners, do digital paid marketing...do hard work on research. Send too many proposal but they don't start from beginning as they don't have money.
