There is no job security and politics in appraisal. Work environment is worst condition right now.

Dislikes

Politics is full in mind of top leadership, each officer save their service inspite of giving decision and responsibilities. There is no value of managers. Managers do their job with full responsibility more than 10 hrs but do not get appreciation.
