This company have good business class hotel there is 347 rooms also and have 3 restaurants also , spa helth club swimming pool all facilities providing . Trip advisor if we can very good comments and high ratings. My side i am very happy with movenpick west bay becsuse they are 100% caring there staff carrier and facilities and friendly management. I am working as a floor supervisor my side is slightly challenging because of our hotel standards this company no compromise there facilities and cleaning side but i am very happy because i got more talent from movenpick.

Compensation is decent but work pressure is very high. Some time I have to work 12 to 15 hours straight in a day.I have to attend clients call at night.

Hotel is good .here I worked as a general technician .I came here to work in engineering department as a welder in 2014 besides that i took interest in learning more in other fields such as electrician ,carpentry,kitchen technician, ac technician,plumbing,mechanical work ..thanku movenpick hotel I will always miss u.

The management department is horrible especially the human resource manager irresponsible person.before it was ok but now I would not recommend any one to work here. no medical facilities no entertainment facilities no proper accommodations its like a prison. I worked till 9 years I was promised for a shift leader according to my performance but as soon I went for vacation this post was given to some one else upon asking management why did they do this to me they had no answer.but later I found out that the person who got my post was a relative (brother in law)of the supervisor .here appraisal,performance is just a waste....Read More
