The Work is interesting. The upper management is good supportive under the case when they don't get indulge into office politics created by the office staff.

Dislikes

Lots of Office Politics. Many hardworking employees have left the company because of office politics.

Mr Gaurav, The company always pays a 25-30% hike to prospective employees in search of better talent but we are sorry to say that if the employee doesn't perform despite repeated assistance/training from the senior's associates - no company will accept a lackluster/ laidback attitude to work. Muvtons as an industry-leading company is always looking to hire talent that's the best in the industry & high performers. Mediocre talent doesn't have a place in Muvtons. High Performers have been working in this company for 10-15 years. Unfortunately, you haven't had any interaction with the MD during your short tenure as a junior assistant then how come you have given your comments as above - which is quiet strange .

Support to employees Covid was testing for all of us. company not only paid full salary, but considered increments as well. Cook was engaged inside factory for cooking for the Labour class not have regular income for feeding themselves and their family.
