It's a fast paced environment so you learn the survival skills. Faster you learn, the sooner you adapt. Niche space to learn and execute skills which is unorthodox.

Dislikes

CEO dictates everything. Tech heads are outdated fellows and seldom upskill. Too much politics.

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
