Cons- A company where they give preference to old employee. A clever person can easily get promotion but the one who is working whole heartily have to suffer for many years maybe 10 years. No promotion no increment. Mis-managememt Technical support is bad HR Will not work for staff,they work for RM's(So in a case you have any problem you can not reach to anyone). Management should focus on Branch managers because they are the one who are working hard to acheive the vision and mission of the company.
