They don't have proper washrooms in their branch. No TA for staff if they travel. They run their business on the name of Muthoot Finance and Fincorp by Lying to customers as they are not the same . They don't even stationary budget staff have to pay for it . AC have timers from KERALA which get off . Over all Management don't know to work they work like unorganized sector. As a gold loan company they don't have proper packet to pack they are so cheap they recycle packet 4 times and wrap gold in newspaper which is below standard company even jewelers pack in Ziplock bag .
