Timings were perfect. You are supposed to wait even more than 10min after office hours.

Dislikes

Less salary and more work, Hell like targets and no proper incentives, If you go for a vacation leave be prepared there will be a sure loss of Pay in your salary and HR will keep it on hold and you won't get it. Even if you are a COVID patient and submit your certificate they won't give your salary on time. And if you want growth forget hike of only 500 to 600rs is given so take this point into consideration. And if you are not into sales do go for it...Read More

Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?
