My experience were good there.And I just wanna tell you one thing here that comparison to other banks and nbfcs this is the best org to the work life balance.. I was work there as a customer Care Executive. My main key responsiblities was increasing business and dealing with customers face to face and on call as well.

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Flexible Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.
