I am very happy about working in this company it is having highly technology machines, and there is many training's are providing for improving employee skills for producing good quality of the product for the customer satisfaction,it is Japan company they are giving first preparance for the 5s system and they are giving a good foodand travel facility,and here more departments are there every department is providing traning about department and about quality they are using pokayoke &kizens for producing good quality product....Read More

Need help in deciding from the following offers

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year. Please let me know your insights. Update - Thank you for all the inputs everyone who all contributed to the discussion. I have actually made my decision, I will be joining ICS at technical lead - 37 LPA. They offered a sweet deal that is too good to resist.
