It gives me a chance to work and to know the environment inside munjal kiriu.

Dislikes

It's worst to work for , its like labour to work in munjal because mostly department heads are not well educated so they abused to junior staff even managers ,engineers also . Main thing is salary b tech freshers get only 8000 K and there is no surety of annual increament . Overall it is worst of the worst company .No policy for carrier orientation and apraisel is specially for below mangers.

To supervise and handling the manpower of 2 production line .And to make a targeted quality production in a specific time with minimum lossess and defects
