Firstly I like teaming to work.and in this I learned more about working process and about cnc and vmc machine and how to manage the work and Target achieve.travelling facility are good.

The salary is not so Good,and there are more politics so that the work environment is effected.etc.

Work Details

My work is slightly challenge as I have to look after the entire product for final inspection and dispatch,as well as manage day to day.and to inform my supervisor about machine rejection and about machine breakdown.and I learned hou to work on line.

Work days: Rotational Shift (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This job involves Travel Within Country.

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
