I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Good work environment and culture.Teammates are supposed and the management is transparent . Company policy are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issy.salary is decent but career growth is slow.
