One of the challenges I've faced at Mungi Engineers is navigating the internal politics, which can sometimes hinder teamwork and collaboration. There seems to be a hesitation among some senior colleagues to share their knowledge or mentor others, likely out of concern for protecting their positions. This dynamic makes it harder to learn from those with more experience and can slow down both personal growth and overall team development. Additionally, the limited opportunities for growth can feel discouraging at times.
