there is nothing to be liked here from employee point of view...this organisation doesn't really care for its employees..they hire you on rough contract direct or through third party.provide least facilities and compensation.the office culture is also demoralising.its a struggle out there.the HR is worst n throughly unprofessional and shameless.my suggestion to good upcoming engineers out there ..if u need railways experience there are better railways PSUs out there..join them not this one.....Read More
